We have a Creonics Micropath

serial # 077-148
part # 32-00439

We have a problem at the moment were we can not download at all, there appears to be no comunication between the controller and computer running fastlink (fastcam product).

We did have a storm with lightening on Friday afternoon before going home, But the controller and the computer appear to be opperating OK,

Questions:
What is the likly hood of just the com port on the controller being zapped?
Do you repair these controllers?

What is your turn around.
